"They told Me I needed tires and I was gonna wait on the purchase & My salesman told Me about the credit card , so he took My social security number and all My information but then turned around and opened a credit card in My Wife’s name without Me giving him any of Her information which is 100% FRAUD . Stay away from these dirty fraudulent crooks and get Your tires @ Costco they are trustworthy and don’t go around stealing information and committing FRAUD. I checked My Experian, My Transunion & Equifax and I’m clear!!! Leave it be or I’ll involve My attorney!!!"

"Had a great service experience here this morning. Even though the place was very busy, I was greeted immediately by Cody who saw the source of air leak and said he would get it fixed within an hour. I went into the waiting area and observed a really well-run service operation. It looked like everyone knew their jobs and were focused on them. I had a cup of coffee and watched status updates on my phone. I was on my way within half an hour."

"Another Discount Tire (Lewisville TX) cracked a Corvette wheel over 20 years ago and I had not returned to Discount Tire since. They had refused to take ownership of their damage. I decided I'd give them another chance to mount my four tires, and generally everything went fine. I was just surprised that they wouldn't even tell me how much brake wear I had left when they had the wheels off. The Service Writer said that they don't do brakes, I wasn't asking them to measure them, just to observe and report, but they refused. They also left the new tires and wheels extremely nasty with brake mounting solution, which is fairly typical of tire repair shops. I'll have to take the car home and detail all four tires and wheels. We call this "managing expectations", and not everyone expects the same things, other than the minimum I suppose. Otherwise, they were timely, completing the work in less than the hour estimated. The store was exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff on the phone and in person were very courteous and professional. I also got a follow-up call from Andrew after my trip to discuss what had happened in the past. As before, he was courteous and professional. I wanted to clarify that it was many years ago in a different location. It's not so bothersome that it happened, as I'm sure it was accidental. The extremely bothersome part is that Discount Tire refused to admit fault."

"I pretty much always judge businesses by how they take care of customers when they have a complaint - and this location, specifically Andrew, shined there. I've been here numerous times - for the purchase of wheels, tires, and tire service - and have generally always been taken care of and treated fairly. I am now happy that, when I did finally have an issue (with the prorated tire warranty), Andrew was quick to help make it right by me. In what often feels like an era of greedy businesses, I appreciate when they make efforts to do right by a customer, even if the problem isn't necessarily 100% their responsibility either."
