"I was so disappointed with the customer service from one of the agents, I believe her name is Rachel. She wouldn't return any of my calls. She finally emailed me a quote, I attempted to reach out with questions, but she never responded. A friend from church recommended this insurance. I remembered standards commercial l, with the daughter as the spoke person, and nostalgia took over!! Thanks!"

"We were the the victim in a car crash, insurance DOES NOT want to pay our damages when it was clearly there drivers fault. They will not respond to your calls. If you are in a car crash and you see this insurance, best of luck because they will not help you out at all."

"I'll add more info later. (issue 1) It's taken 2 weeks to get an adjuster to come out and issue a low ball estimate on a tree damage to parked car claim. No effort on their behalf to coordinate schedule. I sent 40 photos of tree on car and resulting damage (had to send in 22 texts file size limits) and no acknowledgement of their receipt. They said at the time of the claim just fill it out on line and attach lots of photos. There was NO place to attach photos. (issue 2). --- Two months prior to my claim they sent me a "notice of cancellation" for 'non-payment'. I called them back with proof of payment for a full year. Their response was to send a 'reinstatement' notice for payments received. I asked what they were reinstating since my policy was still in effect for another 3 months. It took 2 months and +- 5 phone calls for them to finally issue a letter 'admitting their error' and saying "disregard" their notice of cancellation. --- (issue 3) They are raising my policy cost to by almost 40% (ofcourse no rental car is included on their full coverage). I'm in the lowest risk group; no previous claims, no one but me on policy, small town. no moving violations, drive "
