"Possible lack of competence and poor customer experience! I paid-in-full my auto policy a full week before it was due to renew. A week later I get an email and an automated debit of my account for my old policy “renewal”. When asked to have this resolved I was told it would take a full additional week to refund the funds they erroneously debited from my account due to a “system error”, while the unauthorized debited funds are a minor monitory inconvenience and more of a headache and nuisance then anything else, I find it particularly troubling in this day and age of technology a newly drawn policy lapses even the smartest of computers or maybe it was human error, regardless, it put a customer in a negative mood as a result of incompetence. Would I recommend them, no, not at the moment!"

"I have been with Jason Ridley Agency for over 5 years now. I switched to them initially because they offered much better pricing on our home insurance than we had with our previous provider.
