"Will never purchase an auto battery from here again. Battery went bad in 12 months and unlike every other auto repair shop, you must show a receipt or have it logged to your account at the store in order to get any kind of warranty credit. Not necessarily not against the store, but O’Reilly policies in general. Look elsewhere."

I was thankful for this because my battery was under the 3 year warranty. They honored the warranty and replaced my battery at the cost of inflation for the new one."

"Daniel Mitchell went way above and beyond to assist me in t-shooting an issue with my vehicle not starting. I was convinced it was my battery, but after thoroughly checking he noticed an issue with one of the Wires not properly connected/seated. This would have cost me hundreds of dollars to find at a repair shop, but thanks to Daniel I was able to avoid this. He had great attitude and spent time to help a customer he could easily have gave up on. I would hire Daniel to work for my company given his genuine caring attitude and honesty.
