"I love this location and ALL of the employees who work here. They are well trained and actually complete their tasks in a timely manner. They love working on old fashioned cars as well. Not only are they kind, but they also treat everyone the same. The gentlemen refer you to another mechanic shop if they believe that they can do a better job. That’s how humble they are. The prices are affordable at Lone Star Lube in Colleyville and the team is very TRANSPARENT. My entire family has visited this location and they have a very similar point of view in regards to their professionalism. From start to finish these men stay classy! "Honestly I just go for my yearly inspection. Each time they have been fast, and friendly, and no hassles. And when you're dealing with government-related nonsense those things are rare! I will certainly go back next year. By the way, I usually try to catch them midday on a weekday. They're usually not crowded. I don't really know what it's like on the weekends. On 07/07/21 I've upped my rating to five stars. These guys are great. I had two inspections done, I was in and out quickly. They're friendly they're helpful and they will treat you fairly. I will continue going back here, primarily for inspections. But I would certainly go here for an oil change if I didn't do my own oil changes. It's where my daughter gets her oil changed every time."
