"Poor customer service. The two chic's sitting at the front desk don't greet you. They have to press the button to even open the door and let you in so obviously they know someone's there. I literally stood there looking back and forth at them before Veronica said "have a seat, we'll be with you". Glaze finally looked up from the computer to help me. At least acknowledge your customers when they enter, It doesn't take long at all."
"This is a horrible location. The quote unquote store manager Veronica is a very racism person. She does not appear to like nor help nor assist African American people. She intentionally makes a person insurance policy lapse. She provides false information and places people on hold for extended amount of time. It took her over 2 hours to provide me a quote she just kept coming back to the line to see if I had hung up. Once she seen I was still there she would just breath hard in the phone."
