"If you’re looking for better rates call Tiffany with Allstate, I have three teenage drivers, and we’ve been with the same insurance company for over 15 years and they quoted me a ridiculously high rate so I decided to make a move, so I called Allstate and they offered me a surprisingly good rate and also if you’re a safe driver I recommend the drivewise app because it gives me a credit every month on my auto policy. I highly recommend Tiffany with Allstate! I’m not at all saying this is cheap for three teenagers. It’s the most money I’ve ever spent on insurance, however Everyone else is much more expensive."

"Totaled a vehicle that costs 9k to fix. Then they offered me 13k cash, but the vehicle has to have a salvage title if i take it. Or they offered 22.5k for a new one that goes for 25k-30k. My agents office didnt inform me of the salvage title and the effect on insurance until we went through lengthy negotiations. Its been over a year since the claim happened. Allstates adjuster initially put it at 2k fix. I used Allstate's preferred repair shop which was backed up for one year during pandemic. Then, allstate totaled it, and it has been months since that happened as the adjuster has been out of office every other week and non responsive. I dont know if i have ever talked to the agent. The staff is friendly but not getting things done. I highly recommend you avoid because ultimately a total loss is when you really want your insurance company and agent to show up. That hasn't happened with allstate or the agent and we are almost at 2 years on this deal."

"We had extensive water damage after the Texas freeze. Allstate made a very difficult situation not quite so bad. From the outset they were empathetic and helpful. Our adjuster gave very clear direction, she followed up on her commitments, and she helped us to understand what to expect. While there were a few disagreements, I would expect that to be common for this type of situation, and she was always very clear in her explanations. I've heard first hand from people whose insurance companies were just another stress and impediment during a time of great stress and frustration, and Allstate was not that. Rather, they helped guide us through the process, making things more manageable and less overwhelming. Prior to this incident I'd never filed a homeowner's insurance claim, and I therefore never really had any fidelity toward one insurance company or the other. This experience has changed that, and I expect to be an Allstate customer for the foreseeable future."

"Allstate handled our washer flooding parts of our house with expedience and care. They sent an excellent service provider to our home to clean up and dry all the water. I felt that the amount Allstate helped us with monetarily was fair and acceptable. I haven't had to file any other claims with Allstate, but I am confident that they will take care of us if something else happens to our home, or even to our cars, which are also covered."
