"Appalling Customer Service Experience at North Face Store isn't customer satisfaction and loyalty supposed to be a priority for any reputable business? The store's refusal to process a return is a clear indication that North Face values their bottom line over the satisfaction of their customers. What struck me even more was the manager's response to my request for a return. Instead of addressing the issue with empathy and professionalism, the manager displayed a shocking lack of regard for customer service. It was as if my time and concerns meant absolutely nothing to them. This manager should not be in a position where customer interactions are part of the job description. A complete lack of empathy and a dismissive attitude toward customers are qualities that should be grounds for termination."

"Went in today 11/15/2023 the service was very bad. The guy with the glasses by the cashier and the bald guy in the back were completely ignoring me and all the staff were gone to the back side of the store and acted like they were looking for what I asked for but they were not. They came back out with nothing and went back again with some other stuff that was not something that I was asking for. But they all went through and take care the customers that look more like they have money to buy. I feel very bad for this kind of service and I will not return to this store ever again."

"In my perspective this place is the best place in the Galleria , and I think in all of Houston, to buy thermal clothing for the winter season, to prepare for hikes where snow and sky sports are king. The beauty is in the style, the colors and the combinations. Expensive but incomparable quality. Once I visit us I use to stop by to buy some thing from The North Face. It is a face fabric made with at least 90% recycled materials."
