"They were busy when I came in and the girl with the short pink hair still spoke to me and made me feel welcome and the tall dude in the back of the store with the long hair was cool to I noticed he was helping customers, getting fitting rooms, and managed to fold some clothes these 2 where very hardworking! I enjoyed their customer service would def come back here"

"Excellent service at zumiez. What more can I say, the customer service in this store is probably if not the best at the galleria, especially from Manny, I was looking for a hoodie and he recommended one that he thought id like, and the hoodie was just perfect. Great hoodie. I wear it anytime its above freezing. If its below, I wear it with a sweatshirt underneath. Super comfortable and I like the way it looks. The sleeves are not made out of the same wool type material, but I don’t mind. The jacket has some extra space at the bottom, so it runs a bit large. I usually wear a large. It looks good with just the hoodie, but also has the space to put another layer underneath. Honestly i would’ve never had found this perfect hoodie if it wasn’t for Manny, he honestly deserves a raise, definitely will be shopping here again."
