"Very sloppy work. Took my shoes in for heels. But the end result is pitiful. Edit: Thank you for responding and trying to fix the situation owner. But I will not be taking my shoes back. The heels are wood and should not have even been touched. But they were sanded and then stained with a jet black color. A sealer was not even applied. The result is an unfinished heel that will stain everything it touches black. And it is not even the right color. The marring inside the shoe is an insult to your customers. I don’t believe shoe presses are supposed to leave these kinds of permanent imprints."
