"Wow. 1st time there my convo with register person: What's my phone number? What's my name? Then the Young lady becomes dismissive because I give a look of confusion. With an attitude, she goes, it's for a rewards program we dont call or send text. Ok I don't want to join ( my thoughts is at least ask, don't just make it like it's mandatory). Have a good day is her response with no eye contact and walks away. Great decision in not joining. Whether training or just her attitude, it should be addressed. Completed my transaction with a feeling of belittlement. That's the new customer service I guess."

"Worst customer service in the world! They didn't want to exchange the shoes I bought two days ago! under the pretext that they are not new when that is false! Except for a young man who was kind and who tried to make me understand nicely by smiling at me unlike a woman who just sulks"

"Terrible experience with the staff. I usually avoid places like these because they don’t have a good standard of customer service but my experience today was the worst I have ever had. A very young employee misbehaved with my friend and when I told him he can’t do that, he responded with what am I gonna do. W.T.F. I thought this guy was gonna get fired right away but he went back to work as if nothing happened and the employees were smirking about it. A guard even yelled at us and made the gesture with his hand like he was calling us which was again unacceptable and then he walked to us to see what has conspired after which he walked away. I asked the lady in the checkout counter who the supervisor was to file a complaint and she said she herself was but they are busy right now and will take notice later. Luckily the manager or actual supervisor, Raymond took notice and asked me what had conspired. His demeanor was as it should be and he did say swift action will be taken. I really hope they do because this level of customer service is disrespectful and unacceptable. This branch definitely needs to improve their employees cuz right now they have barely 18 year olds misbehaving wanting to get whooped. I will not go there again but warning to all to watch out for their disrespectful employees if you do have to go there."
