"Walked in, two employees on the floor, was not acknowledged. As I walked around, I hear what seemed to be management yelling about an employee to the employee and throwing boxes on the floor. As management myself was appalled by her behavior that I walked out. Again without been noticed. Not everyone should managed if you don't have the skill set."

"I visited Rack Room Shoes in Lake Worth TX on 11/12/20 after failing to find anything fitting me at two major retailers of shoes. I found two great-fitting pair of shoes, one pair casual everyday and one pair higher-end brand tennis shoes. The current 'buy one get another at half price' was a good sales perk. The sales clerks are helpful and friendly and were properly wearing masks for the current C19 situation. I recommend this store."
