"I was quite shocked when the manager, Carrie, nonchalantly tore the sweater I was about to purchase as she ripped out its tag. I was even more apalled when she quickly bundled it up as if she was hoping that I hadn't noticed. When I pointed it out to her she laughed, tried to say she hadn't realized it, then immediately offered a 10% discount. Needless to say, I will not be going back. It's hard enough to find nice looking clothing for my body shape without the store employees (let alone the store manager) ripping them to pieces in front of me."
