"I have to admit, I drop off more than I buy and they’re not very friendly. They are kind of grumpy to be honest, and I would like to know that I’m leaving my belongings in gentler hands in the shop. It’s not very clean it feels dirty I just don’t choose to shop at this location. When I do shop at a Goodwill, I usually go to one in another town"

"I absolutely love going to thrift stores! However they have ruined it, they over price items that they get free. I don’t know about others but I shop here to get good bargains. I might as well shop at Walmart. Would be nice if goodwill would remember the root concept. The two stars are for a clean store and pleasant staff. Update: Thank you for your response and for the link. I understand what y’all do, I simply wanted to express that your pricing is going to high for those you try to help. Perhaps your CEO can cut his salary and this would help the donations go further."

"Went in to shop around with my partner and see what good thrifts we could find. Everything was going really well, we were assisted by a lovely employee/cashier. I guess she was lead cashier that day as while she was helping us, she was answering a coworkers questions. I would love to give this experience more than 2 stars, since that employee was so kind and helpful, but unfortunately our experience with a manager at the store is what changed the entire mood. The manager named Laura came around and asked the cashier a personal question. When this specific cashier politely requested not talking about the subject in public, the manager scoffed and seemed to explode at the employee saying she “can’t talk about ANYTHING anymore” in front of the entire store. We apologized to the employee after the manager walked off and said we Couldn’t believe how she spoke to her. The employee still kept her professionalism and brushed it off. Overall, disgusted by Laura’s behavior, as it isn’t the first time we’ve experienced her outbursts."

"Most of the prices were good however I'm giving 1 star because i "have" to. The cashier was rude and snide. I also should not be writing my own receipts for our furniture purchases. Why am I doing thier job that I'm paying the company to provide? So disappointed and the cashier became rude when I did not want a particular item because it was too expensive. She kept dropping and handling my pictures in a extremely rough manner. Trust me, I give great reviews when deserved so this is not a Karen fest. I will be so angry if I get home and find issues with my paintings. Just because it's used and purchased at a discount store doesn't mean you can treat the items I am purchasing like trash. I felt extremely insulted with her attitude."

"This location is a typical Goodwill except it is way cleaner and the most organized one Ive ever been too. They keep like items together on the shelves. There are always associates cleaning and stocking. Also they have plenty of employees to help customers as needed. They offer military discounts always and senior discounts on Tuesdays. The signage for clothes does need to be improved. I enjoy shopping here necause it has plenty of floor space and you don't feel crowded."
