"Well, looks like my review was deleted. No surprise there. As mentioned before, things were good with this agency until they weren’t. Please don’t go here as mentioned in other reviews. I hadn’t had issues with the other workers. The owner’s daughter was rude with this whole situation. I requested the people added to my policy to be removed and she printed requests for me to sign that they be added as excluded drivers. I pointed this out to her and she said she couldn’t help any further and to call 1-800 number and they would be held liable for making that change to my policy. Unfortunately, these calls were routed back to this office where she kept hanging up on me. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend anyone to go to this office whatsoever. Update: Texas Dept of Public Safety says they don’t send any lists to any insurance company and that it all sounds like fraud and should be reported by anyone experiencing the same thing. Don’t settle for just any information thrown at you and do your research. My advice: Always check what you’re signing and get clarification of what is being told to you. Make sure it matches what is in black and white."

"Customer care is horrible. LADY AT FRONT IS RUDE she shouldn't be working in a customer care. Other Allstate offices in the area have to put up with their complaints because at this location obviously they don't care about customers. Whatever her name she is affecting this business."

"We have been with this office for years. Our experience has always been good. The times we needed to make a claim it was taken care of very quickly."

"I believe 100 percent that the employees must give good reviews of this agent. Believe people when they say that this agent is no good, not that the parent company is any better. After 17 years and numerous failures on their part we will finally switch to a company that is not rude, is competent, and does not believe that answering questions is above and beyond their field of work. Do not trust these people and if you are there get out before they have to do something difficult like assist with a claim."
