"I had a calibration on 11/22. On my receipt they gave me a new service appointment on 11/22 (the same day I was there) instead of one in December. I explained this when I went to get a calibration on 12/22 because I am not going to pay a late fee for their mistake. They charged me the fee anyway without telling me and take your card without telling you how much so you can’t dispute it at the time of the transaction. Didn’t see until I got the receipt emailed. Tried calling customer support and they won’t answer for an existing customer, just automate service. Just going to dispute the whole charge so you’re getting a chargeback for the full amount now. Oh well!"

"Appointments aren't held, it's first come first serve. Lines to get serviced have no order so you have to claim a spot which can lead to disagreements. The owner is flat out rude. You're not a customer here, you're a client. I was glad to use another company for my interlock."

"I was taken in right on schedule and the mechanic was very friendly and helpful. Because of the model of my car I was told it may take as long as two hours. I was out in 1 hr & 40 minutes including the training, questions & payment. Very good experience. Great price also and they have their own shops not just some garage that works for some interlock provider."
