"Very bad service. They tell items can be returned in same condition but they didn’t follow that twice. I dint even leave the store before returning items. Then when we try to show this and talk about it , they talk and tells to leave the store in rude way ever , when they have no words further about the issue. so that they can avoid returning my money back and taking items back. He says his name as - show mou. I faced with this person. He said he’s an assistant manager. But he dont know how to treat people irrespective of our personal bad day. He was very rude in talking by telling that im an Indian person. This is ridiculous mentioning about race and all. He doesn’t deserve give respect and take respect. He was telling that I deserve more than just telling me to leave the store and like threatening me. You can check how i was with him, on the cameras. Worst customer service by him. He gave me the general manager’s business card and told me ‘ get out of the store and do whatever …..’ which is more ridiculous. The other person was dealing good at two situations. Thank you for that."

"Worst experience, manager or whoever that guy I dealt with. He is not ready to accept the return in its original box and unused, told me to go to a different store which is 10 miles away, then said another excuse their system is not pulling the order, then said they don't have process in place to accept returns. Showed him return policy in their portal, still manager says that policy is for store bought probably, then I read the policy clearly says online orders can be returned to any nearby store, surprisingly manager found the order in their system after all these arguments. These kind of managers are enough for brick and mortar stores to close soon"

"I went in needing a new battery. Kayla, the manager, was helping me. She told me she couldn't test my battery or help me because there was too much corrosion on the battery. I went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and was in and out with a new battery with no issue."

"Really impressed with the service I received today from John at the Advance Auto Parts store on Vista Ridge and 1431. He helped me identify the issue with my car and even helped me install 2 lights. What would have taken me weeks to figure out how to do and then an hour or two to do it, he did in less than 5 minutes. I was so thankful. I even got a couple of items I needed (solar shade and phone holder). Thank you John and Advance Auto Parts!"
