"I have happily taken my vehicles to this location for years, but I will no longer, and I suggest you find a different location to take your business as well. I took my vehicle in for its annual state inspection. It’s the same location where I have taken this car for the last three years since it was purchased. It has passed every time. On todays occasion, after a long wait, I was told the vehicle failed at the same time as I was paying for the service. It was failed due to having “15%” window tint according to the report. My vehicle comes with a factory 15% window tint and has always passed its annual inspections at this same location. The current staff suggested I remove the tint and then they will pass the vehicle. I expressed my dissatisfaction and promptly left. Don’t take your car here. You are risk of wasting both your time and money. I will never do business here, again."

"I went in around noon one day because my car is an older model, and I needed to have it looked over by a professional eye to get an opinion on what outstanding services of any were needed. The staff was quite friendly and my mechanic(not sure his name but he had long hair and glasses) was very helpful and informative. He took the time to look inside and out of my 2008 highlander and let me know about a leak that will need to be fixed. I didn’t feel led on at any moment during this experience, which is hard to say about most car shops I’ve been to. I left feeling reassured and much more knowledgeable than when I first got there. Thank you everyone at jiffy lube for staying a consistent location for routine maintenance and unforeseen issues with my vehicle!"

"We had to get our out of state vehicle inspected for registration and title purposes and we showed up right before they closed unintentionally. They still happily helped us and we were done in probably 10 minutes. I had my family with me so the fact they didn't turn us away at the last minute of their day was impressive.
