"I visited this location for a problem I'd bought from NTB (Bay Area Blvd location) in 2022. I'd been advised by a friend that NTB had been bought out by Mavis Tire Company so I was a little skeptical. However, once I had a chance to interact with the manager, "John" about my car issues, I felt more comfortable about allowing them to do the work. After they pointed out another preventive maintenance issue I should be wary of, I decided to allow them to do that work as well (my car will be eleven years old this year, so I knew to experience more repairs as it gets older). Once I went home, I googled the information they pointed out about my car and decided they were right on point on the issue and how this could have been an accident waiting to happen had I allowed it to go unchecked much longer. Thanks, John, for having a crew who took the time to explain the problem to me. The fee was affordable and my car was repaired in a timely manner."

"Just absolutely lazy and terrible service. If they ever break a stud off while over tightening a lug nut. Don’t expect them to fix their mistake. They told my wife she was missing a lug nut and tried to have her pay for the service. Which she didn’t think was a priority to fix since she was unaware the bolt was broken. Not to mention, after they broke the stud, they hardly tightened the rest of the lug nuts. So if they ever tell you the same thing and start hearing a noise, get it fixed immediately. They won’t admit they broke it unless you catch it while you’re there. I assume they figured they could get away with it since it was a young lady. This can lead to a very dangerous situation while driving and put my wife’s life in jeopardy. Do better. Hope this helps others."
