"I recently visited to have front wheel bearings replaced on my old Lexus. They did a great job at a reasonable price. When I drove the SUV the next day, I heard a loud thump and realized that a brake caliper bolt had worked loose and came out while I was driving. I called the shop and the mechanic actually went to purchase a new bolt and then drove to my office to personally install and ensure it was safe to drive back home!
