Rating one less than 5 stars due to issues with easily getting a rental for this warranty service. After some frustration and a few calls we were in a rental but should not have been told we could wait till the next day to come back and get one. I'll listen to my gut next time. Overall, very satisfied with the work that was done on our transmission. Hopefully something can be done about the a/c fan issues we are now having immediately after getting the car back."
