"“Simply Divine”? Suite 11 I would call it “ Simply Horrible”! This salon is so far the worst I had ever experienced. I bought a Groupon. First their availability is very limited, and the process for reservation is terrible, although you already paid for the service they force you to provide your credit card number and they tell you that they expect you to pay an appropriate tip so they will deduct it from your card, that was weird but I made an appointment for Sunday anyways. I received a call asking me to move it for Saturday and I agreed on changing it adapting my schedule as I am very easy going. I am lost in the shopping center trying to find the “Simply Divine “ place and I get a lot of texts asking me if I am coming. Ask again for address, they don’t provide it but complained that they sent it to me last night no willingness to help ! That was the place where I was since the beginning, but the place is tiny inside another place so I could not find it ! They called me, she is very rude and hang up on me! finally came at 12:15 and this woman with a horrible attitude doesn’t let me in and ask me to wait outside! I could not believe it ! People with no education nor business ethics! There are tons of salons, please never pick up this one we can not support local businesses that try people like this ! Go somewhere where hardworking people wants you as a customer and treat you like you deserve !"
