"I came here to have a bad haircut corrected. Specifically layers on one side that were cut too short and looked choppy. Maria tried to clean up the layers but had a difficult time to get one side to match the other. After many attempts she offered to cut “curtain” bangs to help blend with the layers. To me, this meant still having long bangs so I agreed. This is what I got. She completely chopped my bangs so short! No way it could ever be a curtain!! It made my bad layer situation a whole lot worse!! David, her husband, took over and when he couldn’t improve it either I started to cry…when I saw that I now had really short bangs that did nothing to help the haircut at all. Choppy, no balance and more hair lost… I am horrified and obviously unhappy. Please don’t offer clients a haircut style that you don’t know how to cut! She offered no apology and I know she knew how unhappy I was."
