She was not paying attention, my sister asked for a simple trim, how could you mess that up this bad? Then you try and fix it and nothing really changes. She should not be working here under that title."

"service here is the worst. had an appointment for a haircut and the girls that were standing at the salon counter never cared to even say hi or greet me or “hey we’ll be right w you”. made eye contact and they immediately looked away. i waited to see if anyone else would say something to me and no one did. after 15 minutes of trying to find someone to see if my appointment was even registered in the system i cancelled it when someone finally decided to say “oh you must be joanna”. do not recommend. please don’t waste your time on people who are obviously not happy w their jobs."

"If you want to know the definition of exemplary customer service, go find Joshua! This guy was extremely professional, incredibly courteous, and demonstrated perfect customer service. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t available in the store, so he searched all nearby stores, even offered to help us buy it online. Once he was done helping us, he noticed the line was growing at the front and he darted up to assist with checking out customers. I truly believe that we could all learn a thing or two from someone who truly appreciates not only his job, but the value of good customer service. I completely appreciate what a rare commodity an employee like Joshua is. I think we all could benefit from understanding what personifies and separates a good employee from great employee.
