"I made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday got to my appt and she wasn't even here. I explained to the dumb lady what I wanted. First of all she had a very bad attitude when she walked so that set my tone already. When she started with the process with 3 braids it was awful. She took them out and I left not only did she make me pay for the hair she open. She doesn't know how to do hair she needs to practice more. Never again will I come to this place not good."

Goes to show they are about the money not the customer service not knowing that good customer service will keep the money flowing.
