"This place is almost never open. I’m here today and this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve come during their listed business hours and no one has showed up to open the shop. It’s currently 11am on a Monday and I’ve seen 5 other women waiting. The full set service is good, pedicures I wouldn’t recommend BUT more times than not I’ve regretted making the drive down here for service"

"Came for a nail repair not from Houston but didn’t want to go the entire weekend with a broke nail the ppl are very friendly but hell she ain’t even try to shape it make it look or attempt to get it close to my current nails the circled nail is the new nail 2stars is for the friendly service"

"Got my nail done on Saturday hated the service they provided when doing my nails. The lady that was doing my nail just got up I thought maybe she is going to go get something, no she just went and started with another customer and another tech came and finish the job. I am never again coming here. Today we are Tuesday only 4 days from the day I got them done and 5 of my nails already fell off no way, WHAT!!! When normally in any other place they last close to a month. Definitely not coming back here again."

"I hate to give bad reviews but THEY DESERVE THIS ONE!!! 2nd time coming first time was ok. This time was horrible! Lady at the front nail table rude!!!!! Gets angry because I wanted minor adjustments to nails! Wanted to charge me for unfinished nails that she chopped off! Started screaming at us because we were unhappy! Worst ever! I rather wear 99cents press on nails than get my nails done here! CANT BELIEVE HOW RUDE! WORKER SCREAMING AT CUSTOMERS! Unbelievable"
