I love the boutique at the shop. We have great conversations while there. Best shop that Ive been to in a long time!!!"

"First of all, let me say my contact with the salon was always courteous and professional. I ordered a topper and I love the way the tracks were cut on the unit.This baby lays ok? the reason for 3 stars is that the clips were not sewn on properly and they were placed at odd intervals. The clip in the middle and bottom left should be facing the other way .One side has no clips and lifts up as you can see from the pic. Also, for the price point, I expected tracks to be sewn on, not glued, to increase the longevity of the unit. It's still cute, don't get me wrong, but I guess I expected more."

"I scheduled a color and arrived for my appointment the next day to be told that the stylist “Mo” had cancelled my appointment because she had questions about the color. My problem with this is if you’re going to have a style/color available to book on your website then you should specify the instructions before we book the appointment instead of having us to prepare for an appointment that’s cancelled WITHOUT notification. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this stylist if you’re looking for someone who is fluent in communication."
