"Everytime I shop at this location I am always profiled and watched because I have tattoos and colored hair I assume? I spend a lot of money here but they always make me feel uncomfortable and today they were so obvious that they came to double check i made it to the check out line, and yelled across the store about it. it’s so embarrassing and i wish i didn’t have to shop here"

"10/10/23 Ordered two small items for pickup. Went into the store at 2:50 to pick them up. Two employees - Gentleman in an orange silk looking Polo and a woman wearing all white - just chillin and talking. They DO notice me waiting by the pick up area. They do nothing. Meanwhile the woman working the register is working her butt off handling 3 people in line plus my pickup. What kind of leadership just watches their employees struggle without stepping in to help? Especially when I’ve already paid for my items. Leadership should always be there to lend a helping hand for their employees, not watch them suffer. The woman who helped me with my pickup was nice. She noticed me, and even acknowledged me when I was waiting. Why not make her the team lead/manager. Just irks me. The leadership didn’t even step in to help with the guests waiting in line to check out. Nor did they even ask what I needed help with when I entered. Update: Thanks for getting back to me. It’s appreciated. Raised the rating."
