"I absolutely love everything about this new salon! The vibes, the aesthetic (especially the pink door) , and most importantly the customer service from not only Lexy (who serviced me) but every stylist there was so welcoming and friendly ♥️ As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was told to fill out a consultation form. Before I could even check the time Lexy was already showing me where to sit so we could start the service. The entire time she made me feel so comfortable in her chair. She is extremely knowledgeable about haircuts, which is a plus because you can get your hair color appt with her as well as a professional cut. From experience some places surprisingly do no offer both services. She made sure the cut was even and there were no choppy ends. She let me also check it and made sure I loved it. (Even before styling it) The reason I took the time to write this post is because she truly made me feel empowered and beautiful. I can most definitely tell she became a cosmetologist because of the passion she has for this industry and how she wants to genuinely make sure her clients see their beauty. "This was my first time visiting Lux Salon and I was very pleased with the work Lexi did. My hair felt lighter and healthier after the trim. The only knock that I will say is that they asked me if I had a budget prior to giving me a price. Then the price of course was on the higher side of my budget. I’ve not been to a salon in a while so maybe this is a new practice I’m not aware of."
