"It's my second attempt to get a good haircut here. I think Tiffany could give good cuts if she had the time. She is rushed. It's like they are told that they can only spend so little time with a customer. Not only is she rushed but she stops in the middle of cut to answer the phone or sign in ppl walking in the door. This leaves your hair looking unfinished and stray ends. You are not given the traditional lift segments of hair for layers. Your hair is randomly picked up and cut. There is no wetting down the hair. It's just cut to a certain inch or so and brushed in place. I have thin hair and it looked ragged and thinner. Sorry but I don't think it's the cutters total fault. I believe it's the corporate policy if get them in and out as fast as possible. Skip this place. It's going to cost you more to get your hair cut corrected someplace else!"
