She dedicated all of her time to me and helped thoroughly find my products and was very knowledgeable on most of the products, especially the skincare. She even provided me free samples for the products I couldn’t find. Give Anita a raise/promotion!"

"Worst shopping experience ever. Where do I start. No one greeted us as we walked in. But everyone else was greeted. Many sales associates were T work and NO one asked if we needed help as we walked around looking for certain make up items. Only reason o spent my money there was for my daughters make up items for her small business. And the cashier MORGAN was the final straw. Racism at its finest. If she has a problem with people due to the color of their skin she does not need to work with the public. Will never come to this location again. Why does ULTA always hire nasty people"

"giving 2 stars for the sweet employee who checked me out and the overall quality of the store itself. however i have to say i had a very unpleasant experience with the employee who i interacted with on the floor. i asked if she had any recommendations for a lip balm comparable to glossier's. she asked questions about what i was looking for. i told her hydrating, preferably in a tube, something that tasted good (like summer fridays or glossier) to which she immediately replied with a snarky attitude "well i don't usually lick my lip products off my lips so i can't really help you in that area" i told her i'm not either i just don't want it to taste bad?? she was condescending about it again then recommended 3 items not even close to what i asked about (i work at sephora..she recommended products we sell there that i'd for sure not say in this case) i ended up not getting anything. here's my thing..i shouldn't have to justify why i asked for a lip balm that tastes good but i'm 28 years old. i'm not putting lip balm on to lick it off i'm putting it on to hydrate lips and KISS MY GIRLFRIEND so no i don't want it sticky and gross lmao. i truly don't understand what warranted that sort of energy."

"DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FACIAL!! my mom & i came to this location for a basic facial but instead left with terrible skin. After she finished the facial we saw that our skin looked like soft wax & was quite pleased with how soft the skin was, but as soon as we saw breakouts, swelling, & a few scratches, we got concerned. She told us that everything would go down in 2-3 days & gave us products to help with it. It has been well over a week & our face looked worse than it did before coming in. She left me with breakouts that’s still haven’t gone away & are very hard to get rid of. The products she gave us left our face dry & not “nourishing” at all like she claimed. On top of all that, my facial was supposed to be no more than $70 but she added stuff to my face without my knowledge which made my bill $97. She did the same with my mom except she got a facial that was supposed to be $100 & at the end the total was somehow $300. Despite those major mistakes, she was really nice & had an amazing attitude. I’m not sure if she just didn’t understand our skin type even though we went over it with her before she started anything or wanted to finish quickly."
