I let her know I wanted to donate over 20 inches and she braided it so neatly before cutting it in order for me to mail to the charity. And I love my new cut! It's so light and she did a great job listening to my needs-something low maintenance with subtle layers that I can still pull up into a ponytail for work. As much as I love the cut, the shampoo and condition was my favorite part! She legit massaged my scalp more than just a standard wash (which is already great) and the glass of wine was just the extra touch for a great experience!"
