"For years I had Paula cut my hair, and never really had any issues, she always knew what I was after and the cuts were solid. Then I joined the navy for 4 years, grew my hair out for a year afterwards for fun and today went back for the first time in 5+ years. I figured she'd always been good in the past and knew pretty well how to give me what I asked for. Man was that not the case today... I asked for a somewhat risky haircut since it was my first in a year and I was chopping off most of my hair and wanted to try out something new. I really hate to say this because she's a sweet woman and every other cut has been good... but this singlehandedly was the worst cut I've every gotten in my life. I don't even know where to go from here (I think I'm going to have to shave my head and start from scratch). I believe this is the end of me ever going to this location, Paula *was* their saving grace... but I don't think I'll ever be able to trust her to cut my hair again."

"Have been going to Pat here for 15 years or more. She stays very busy so appointments are highly recommended. I only have time to visit on the weekends but if you go on a Tuesday there is a substantial savings. They have a wide selection of products from every manufacturer there is. If Pat is busy there is a real nice Hispanic woman who always does a good job."
