"I’ve been going here for 4 years. Bee was my girl. I miss her work. She was on point and prices were low. Now I have to go to Susan. She is good too, but has bad communication. I made an appointment for Thursday 1/18/2024 @ 11:30am. I was running late and I called her at 11:10am letting her know I was on my way from Beechnut/beltway 8. When I arrived she said she could no longer take me. I hated that she made me drive all that way to not b able to take me. I went back today 1/20/2024 at 4pm. She made me wait until 4:30pm."

"UGLY! First time here. Two technicians, three polishes and this is the best they did. Sloped, crooked nails. Toenails are full of ridges. No buffing. Tips unpainted. Tech poked me under the mail Ed. My 11yo soaked in spa chair for 30 min. No whirlpool I kept asking if they would turn the pool on. UGLY! Last time here."
