"They didn't meet my expectations for a haircutting salon. When calling multiple locations the day before to ask about services, everyone I spoke with seemed very short and fairly rude. I wouldn't recommend them over other places that have better and friendlier service, like Supercuts. Update: I don't recall seeing any licenses posted for the individual stylists, which I'm used to seeing at each stylist's station. When another customer directly asked a stylist how long she'd been a stylist, she was evasive and just said that she'd been doing it for a long time and was very professional, which made me think she hasn't been a stylist very long at all."
"Did not cut properly and acted as if he did not want to cut my sons hair. After I mentioned some parts were longer gave me a bit of attitude saying he wasn’t done yet. We come out and I see long strands pictured below. Not only was there long strands he shaved one sideburn while the other is still there!! Won’t be coming here anymore! Do not have Erick cut your hair!"
