"I walked in for a haircut. Short layers, shag/pixie cut. I brought in a photo. a different salon had messed up my cut 6 weeks ago. I knew this cut would have to be shorter than I want so the angles would be more accurate. She looked at the photo, evaluated my hair, looked at the shape of my face, and created a masterpiece. I received so many compliments since yesterday and it looks and feels amazing. I saw the stylists working on 2 other customers with completely different hair and they both were stunning when they left."

"This is one the worst places ever. The hairstylist named Amy messed up my sisters hair and then once my sister came to ask for her money back they told her no. Her hair is completely ruined. The hairstylist completely dismissed our concern. The person at the register was Tina and she refused to acknowledge the horrible job Amy did. My sister’s hair is ruined, completely dead at the ends, patchy and it did not match the photo. I don’t recommend this place at all. Amy said that she did not use actual technique on her hair. She just dyed the roots and then the bottom without actually doing it correctly. It’s very upsetting that this woman took no accountability for her actions. I don’t recommend coming here at all. They charge $375 for this. See photos below."
