"While I have been a great clips patron in Austin, always happy with the lady who cut my son's hair. Each time she made him comfortable and he left feeling great about his hair. The ladies in Crosby also did a great job with his hair cut. So having been happy with the services we have received from Great Clips elsewhere I went to great clips when we moved here. I decided to treat both him and I with a shampoo as well as getting both our hair cut. The lady who cut my hair didn't even ask me anything about my hair my routine or even what I wanted just ask if this much was okay because of the damage which I was fine with and then started cutting. The one thing that I was not wanting was any type of layering. I can not handle feeling ragged ends instead of straight ends. I have quite a few sections that have longer pieces by a lot. Even my son is not happy with his cut and normally he is very easy going about hair but he doesn't want to go back to this place."

"Shop was busy. Only 2 stylists. 1 female 1 man. When I got there dude left to run errands instead of helping customers. When he got back me and my kid were up. Decided to let my son go first. Dude shouldn't be cutting hair. Did a hack job on my kid. I left without getting my haircut. Definitely don't want my hair to look like that. During the cut several times I told him hair wasn't even and there was still long uncut hair. He actually argued with me that it was uneven when we came in. Like that's not his job. Left with some of the hair as long as when we came in. I'll go home and fix it myself."

"What a great experience!! Toi did a great job, but let me tell you getting your hair washed by someone who knows what they are doing is amazing!! I would come back just for the hair wash!! I was relaxed after and that and great job!"

"Things said at last haircut: "Does your hair grow back fast?" "I can't put the hair back, I can only cut more" "Maybe you can wear hair like this, and it won't be so noticeable" I have had mixed experiences, but overall terrible. All different stylists. First experience was great. Had a nice person do my hair, did a great job. Next time, I went my hair was okay, but my kids hair was so bad we had to go somewhere else to get it done. It was for a 5 year old, so thought it was just that, and I made the mistake of going again. 3rd time, person doing my hair buzzed side too high. It was a weird wavy pattern. Unable to blend it, when I mentioned one side looked too puffy in an effort to figure out how to fix what she did wrong... she started cutting the other side for some reason. I then said, "I don't know how to fix this, this is your job, provide some options, I don't do this everyday, or if you don't know, go ask for help". She finally asked for help, and the other stylist proceeded to try to blend whatever mistake and it still looked bad. I told them to stop cutting and messing it up more, and went to a different place to actually fix the problem. So... I won't be going back."

"I went for a basic haircut on November 4, 2023 and it was a rushed/bad experience. The lady that cut my hair didnt even give me the chance to look at the haircut and see if I like it. She immediately told me to get up. My haircut wasn't even done correctly. Some parts of my hair were noticeably longer than other parts on my scalp. I went back to her to see if she would fix it and she just looked at me like I'm crazy. I had to go home and grab a pair of scissors just to fix the noticeable hair length difference on my scalp. Definitely do not want to go back to this location."
