"Salon service experience with Victoria Was a 100000/10 she took her time cleaning and treating my scalp and was super amazing! She cleaned my hair very good so that I could prepare for my next install. I love coming to ulta for a blowout and treatment, I normally go to the heights location but now I live closer to memorial city now & I will definitely be returning!!!! Now when it came to checking out before arriving to Ulta I went to Wells Fargo bank directly in front of Ulta off the beltway so that I could pay for my transactions in cash, the Service manager stated she could not validate a $50 bill because she didn’t see a certain face in the light however she used a counterfeit marker just like the previous person did on the other $50 bill I gave them for my salon services and had no issue so I thought that was kind of weird but overall the customer service was great & I’ll be returning again but Next time I’ll use Apple Pay…"

"Booked an appointment for formal styling and makeup for a Christmas party. I was originally booked with a stylist who didn’t show up to work. I the was rescheduled with Julie she was very welcoming and made me feel good. She listened and asked all the right questions for my style and makeup. Hands down she’s the BEST! I’ve been her a few other times but she’s great at communicating and knows whats she’s doing. Julie is your salon professional if you want good customer service and great hair. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup. I enjoyed her conversation and she’s a sweetheart. I will be coming back for all my hair needs thanks Julie for making me feel beautiful.
