"I wish I could give zero stars to this excuse for a business. I made an appointment online the day before, for my son, got a confirmation email. I tried calling the day of to confirm multiple times and no one answered the phone. That’s never a good sign, is it? Upon arriving, 15 minutes early might I add, I’m told that I have to wait for 2 people in front of us who were walk ins with no appointment. I showed my confirmation for the appointment and was still told to come back later because the appointment system does not work, apparently. Why even have a reservation system if you don’t use it? There were only 2 stylists in the salon on a Saturday, which should be your most staffed day. Unprofessional and rude are the only words that come to mind. We will never be back and I hope this review saves someone else the trouble."
