"I've been coming here for over 20 years. Called today to make an appointment and was told to make it online she was busy and she was the only one there. I asked if she was joking.. I was already on the phone just pencil me in.. she kept repeating herself. I feel it would of been easier to pencil me in I'm already on the phone.. long story short I was hung up on after asking for her name. If their higher prices were not a joke this also definitely was not funny. Such a shame."
