"The lady was super sweet to my daughter. I didn't get her name but she instantly walked into work to start her shift and saw us waiting (no other stylist talked to us after waiting 5 minutes) and had us come straight to her section. She cut my daughter's hair and was pretty quick about it and made sure she was satisfied before we left."

"I use to get haircuts with Jennifer however the day I went she was busy So I let Rocio cut my hair I thought I was happy with the outcome because she styled my hair after my big chop so i wasnt able to see any errors however it wasn’t until that same night I went home and washed my hair and let it air dry is when I realized my hair was way too choppy & uneven. I was extremely upset & cried out of frustration. The very next day I went in & explained everything to Marisa She did agree my hair was cut extremely cut bad & thankfully she was able to fix my hair. This was not a small mess up either this was a huge mess up & she did take photos for documentation purposes of my hair before & after. I hope the other lady who cut my hair has been dealt with because the way she left my hair was unprofessional. Thank you Marisa for making the situation right & correcting the error. Unfortunately I will not be going back here & I wish them the best."
