"My husband have been going to this for a while but each time he goes the customer service is getting worse and today he went there wait there for 15 mins with no other customer in the shop. During thay time he noticed one of the staff members sleep and after waiting one of the employees said he have to time and that he will not cut his hair today. The staff members had been rude to him many times before but today will be the last time he will go to them."

"I don't want to give even 1 star. I won't come here again I booked a barber named Lee. When it's time I go to an appointment. But instead I cut with another mechanic. If a technician named Lee is not available, he shouldn't be able to get an appointment in the first place. I don't know why I made a reservation. If the service is not received as intended The answer given by a technician named Lee was that anyone would cut their hair as well. I didn't know what the purpose of booking was. Actually, this place wasn't my only option."
