"Best salon I have ever been too. I am introverted. So I get scared to warm up to others. And to get out of my comfort zone and meeting people. However, with the help of my mom and the community, I felt the Exceptional hospitality. And Beautiful work ethics. I feel so beautiful every moment I get my hair done! I would never go elsewhere. I never feel the confidence I feel elsewhere, only with the help and reminders from my neighbors makes me so happy! Rima is so so good with hair, threading, and making you feel part of her family. I always look for those standards: Family oriented, kind, and loving. Listens and knows what you need even before you ask of it. I don’t ask for much. Having a good listener like that, is hard to find. "I had Heidi do my facial. I didn't have an appointment, but she still came to see me. She charged $100 and I was very disappointed by a few things: (1) I didn't get 1 hours and 15 minutes, (2) They were talking a lot during my entire facial so I wasn't able to enjoy it, (3) She never massages my hands, my arms, my neck, shoulders, or scalp nothing was massaged she walked off while my mask was on my face you're supposed to massage, and (4) It was a weird experience overall not worth $100 I kind of think she was lazy and not putting in much effort as she could have done, so I didn't tip her."
