"I had Heidi do my facial. I didn't have an appointment, but she still came to see me. She charged $100 and I was very disappointed by a few things: (1) I didn't get 1 hours and 15 minutes, (2) They were talking a lot during my entire facial so I wasn't able to enjoy it, (3) She never massages my hands, my arms, my neck, shoulders, or scalp nothing was massaged she walked off while my mask was on my face you're supposed to massage, and (4) It was a weird experience overall not worth $100 I kind of think she was lazy and not putting in much effort as she could have done, so I didn't tip her."
