"I tried out this salon today based on the reviews here and boy, was I disappointed. I asked for a lob with layers, picture showed and everything and what I got is a freestyle layers. Not once did she compare the right side with the left side which I tho it was weird but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. By the time I realized that I’m not getting the haircut I’m asking for, it was too late, hairs have been cut too short. Everything is choppy and short. My 2 yo daughter also got her hair cut, asked specifically for just trimming her side bang. I reiterated that I don’t want straight bang…she gave us just that…then went back and just butchered the girl bang while we weren’t looking. Overall a terrible haircuts for everyone. Two haircuts under 30 mins. The worse haircut I’ve had, counting the one my husband gave me during the pandemic. Not sure if I just got bad luck this time but I’m definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place."

Definitely recommend to others, especially Asians with layers who do not always have the fortune of running into hairstylists who know how to deal with them!"
