"Great clips is where is get my haircut for the last 18 years. I bounce between the S Fry location and the Green House location depending on wait times. The app / electronic check in is a fantastic way to get inline with out being present in the waiting area."

"Older woman cut my hair. I asked for short layers around my hair but I want to keep the length, it was long, past my shoulders. I asked for shampoo also. It was done looked okay there, I got home, washed it, but it was still too long around, but my length was still good. I went for a redo. Younger lady was available I told her my problem. I explained my layers were still too long but I want to keep the length. Well she cut my length shorter and I had to keep asking her to cut my layers shorter and she was getting cranky especially after I said I was still not happy plus she cut the length of my hair shorter. I told her that's not what I said. I could see her attitude change and she rushed me off the chair and out as quickly as she could. I was more then happy to leave. I liked very much the special but not the workers. It's just that way I guess if you tell them you're not happy they cop a attitude. I'll go back but choose others or actually find another location or another shop. It not the business fault some people are just bad at taking criticism. I am too but I'm the one that has to sport my hair."

"Surprisingly the manager of the store is allowed to cut hair, she should've never been issued a license to cut hair or run a business. I asked for it to be squared off in the back, but she refused. I also asked multiple time for her to dry my hair after she finished, and finally when she understood, my hair was terrible, I had to have her shave it all off, and now I have a different part in my hair, my sideburns were uneven and the back of my head was not squared but rounded. If you go to this location and a friendly Hispanic woman comes up to you offering to cut your hair, DO NOT ACCEPT!!! She's being nice because she cant cut hair.. Wait for anyone else. She does not know how to cut hair. How she is licensed is beyond me. I've had to shave my head and grow it back out. She is a manger and should be fired and stripped of her license. If you want your head shaved for $16 this is the place!!"
