"Went to JoJo’s and was taken back that a pedicure I paid $60. When I ask for a pedi she said $35. So I wanted french tip. My water was cold, no salt and no orange slices. There is no way I will returned overpriced for 25 dollar pedi."

"I went to this salon last night for the first time. Staff at first seemed friendly. I had my full set french manicure, pedicure with white polish and bug toe simple design.My 7yr old daughter, I did nail polish and pedicure which was toe polish. My total came out $237. I have never paid this in my life and I have done some crazy nail designs.The staff kept laughing and adding fees so at this point I already knew this was my first and last time.I mean if I'm gonna pay that much service needs to be a whole lot better.On top of that I asked for stickers STICKERS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.They said $25 additional.Apparently keeping a customer doesnt matter as long as its a one time sale.I hope the owner is nothing like this as I don't think they were there. It was embarrassing sad I was hoping this would be my go to salon. Please think twice before going here."

"I recently visited a nail salon and noticed that the charges were inconsistent. This was due to one rude lady named Hannah adding petty charges and overcharging African-American customers. I found her to be rude and unkind. I called the salon the day before to inquire about pricing and was quoted a certain amount, but when I arrived, I was charged a different price. Hannah explained that the prices sometimes differ when quoted over the phone. Although the other staff members were nice and provided good service, I am only giving the salon one star because Lynn did a fabulous job on my nails, earning her five stars. Unfortunately, I will NEVER return to this salon due to Hannah's mean actions. Lynn and the other ladies are too kind to work with someone who is so mean-spirited. It is important to note that Hannah manages the Google reviews, so she may deny any wrongdoing. She added an extra charge for the length of my nails after I refused to pay an extra charge for the shaping of my nails. Keep in mind I was only getting a refill therefore my nails were already coffin-shaped. If you want to avoid being overcharged, I recommend going elsewhere."

"I wanted to love this place, since it's so close to home. The place is clean and the staff is cordial. They did a great job on my feet and nails, however, the gel peeled within a few days. I hesitated going back for a second time, but I did. The polish on my feet chipped within days as well as the gel on my hands."

"I didn’t have an appointment, but I was able to get in right away. Dona did a great job. She was friendly and precise. The chairs are comfortable and the massage control is longer than other chairs. I didn’t have to keep resetting it, which is a plus. The foot area has a riser bar that flips up to hold your ankles while they scrub your feet. Very comfortable as opposed to the nail technician holding your leg up while scrubbing. Dona also did my waxing. She uses tweezers after the waxing. That’s important to me because some aestheticians do not. There’s no way the wax can get it all, so tweezers after are important to get the tiny hair left behind. $53 (not including tip) for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and lip wax. I’m pleased with my experience."
