"I have Annie to do my hair for at least 2+years. I was okay that she wanted me to have hair colored, highlighted to get free hair cut. Her pricing is a little cheaper. She started to take advantage of me since I was her regular customer: hair perm, colored and highlighted, hair conditioning. Her charged me $115 2 months ago for her published hair perm price of $85. I asked her why. She said that she gave me the best perm with best solution, my hair needs more solution. (I did my own perm during pandemic. My medium length hair only used half of the bottle.) Three weeks ago, I went to get a hair cut with my friend. Annie charged my friend $28, then charged me $40. I didn’t question her and even gave her $5 tip to be a good customer. My friend complained for me, so I went in to asked her why. Annie answered that mine was layered. What a good lie！Annie did her hair cut first and spent almost an hour with her. I waited and she cut my hair in between serving another customer. Annie asked me to wait in between while she finished up that customer. She spent about only 20 minutes for my hair cut. I left her place felt cheated and angry. I told my friend that I won’t never go back to her place no matter how good she is! It was a terrible feeling of being cheated and taken advantage as a loyal customer. I was not planning to do any review. Now I have decided that I need to speak about the facts."

But unfortunately after the first trip I went back to let them know that I don't like it that there were yellow patches and I cant style my hair without noticed those yellow patches. I was asked to return so they can fixed. This is how it looks after they said that it was fixed. the PATCHES still there and my hair doesn't look the way that I like. Luckily my hair is strong and it will grow but definitely not recommended."
