"People so rude and did a mess in my left eye, plus I requested a sexy style and I got I don’t know but was not what I ask for… when I complain they told me to come back, they will fix it for me… and when I come back they told me… no! they won’t fix it… and the manager call me at 9:30 pm just to tell me she was not going to do a free eyelashes I will have to pay again for that!!! She was rude, and definitely she didn’t have idea how to treat a costumer… what happened was so unfair for me, I got something I didn’t ask for and in the top of everything they were rude and mistreated me. They want me to pay for remove my eyelashes and pay for a new set again. I believe this is so wrong I will never going back and if u are reading this just go to another place… I want to let the owner knows what was going on… but it is impossible because front desk, the managers and the lady who do the actual eye lashes won’t care about costumes…. I hope u will go to another please … horrible experience I will put - start no even one"

"I usually go to a private lash tech who usually does my lashes and since she was on maternity I had no choice but to find a place where I could get my lashes done. Number 1, I did not like how the lash lady didn’t ask me what lash thickness I wanted which she used the one I didn’t want. Two, when I got home I noticed that NOT ALL OF MY NATURAL LASHES HAD A LASH EXTENSION which I asked for mega volume and my lashes did not look voluminous. My private lash tech makes sure that every single eyelash is included. Three, my eyes began to burn bad which I never have any burning issues when I get my lashes done. Four, there were gaps in between my lashes which I asked for mega volume… meaning no gaps. The lady did not take her time at all because it only took 50 minutes and the website said it usually takes 90-120 minutes. My original lash tech charges half the price of what was spent on these lashes and they look way better. Either way, very disappointed and will not be coming back."

"I went as a lash model and got beautiful lashes and a very sweet tech. The next morning, my left eye had 2 lashes left (those 2 are still there 2 weeks later) and my right eye had about 50% left. I didn’t touch my eyes AT ALL. No touching, no washing, no makeup, no shower, nothing. It was my understanding they are supposed to last 2-3 weeks. I wouldn’t pay $5 for this. I added the photo to show the beautiful work the tech did. But maybe the wrong glue was used??"

"I came in for the first time and it was amazing. I was so scared that it would cause irritation to my eyes because I have sensitive skin. They did a blotch test or a patch test, I don't quite remember the name but they put the glue on my arm to se if I would have a reaction and then used the sensitive glue on me. My lashes are amazing and I love it. I can't wait to come back for my brow lamination. The front desk girl Tiffany was so sweet and booked me with ease. I have gone to other studios before with the same brand and they were horrible but this one definitely will be receiving my business."
