"Seth was awesome with my daughter’s piercing. We called about an hour before to see if they had availability and he got us right in. His time management is awesome. He was doing highlights and managed to use his time wisely and also keep us satisfied. Very amazing customer service. Very different from the San Marcos location. I advise people to make drive if they’re coming from San Marcos to go to this location. Oh and ask for Seth!"

"It’s Ulta so what’s not to love really but I particularly LOVE this store. I get my hair done by Tori and she is simply amazing. Such a genuine person who really cares about her work. My hair looks beautiful and her recommendations are personal and not just an up sell. Their booking system is super easy to use and I love the reminders. I have rosacea and Katie helped me pick out a skin care line that was suited for my needs. After trying everything under the sun, Katie was the one who solved my skin care problems and get my moisture barrier repaired. And it doesn’t end there…due to my rosacea I was extremely hesitant to try cosmetics again but Oscar came to my rescue and recommended great products that wouldn’t irritate my skin and were flattering to my skin tone. This whole store made me feel very cared about as a person and everything they have recommended has been spot on! I feel beautiful again today because of Tori, Katie and Oscar. The store is clean and well stocked and convenient with plenty of parking."
