"I used to be loyal customer of the store, shopping there since it opened. However, I recently had a terrible experience with one of the salespeople. I purchased two shirts, one of which I had already worn and wanted to exchange, while the other needed a size change. Initially, they said they'd check with a manager and get back to me, which took 10 days. When I returned, the person was incredibly rude and mentioned they were doing me a favor by allowing the exchange, insisting I provide proof of their call. While I'm not one to argue over $50, this rude behavior has made me reconsider my loyalty to the store. I still pass by it but no longer shop there. I hope the management team takes appropriate action, as the entire store team is aware of the situation."
